Route­ inventory

Routes completed by the vehicle can be viewed for any time interval, one-by-one and also even for previous months. The routes can be displayed on a map and also in journey form. The exact route lists displays the departure and arrival as postal addresses.

Displaying routes

The distances travelled during the different routes are automatically totalled by the system for any time interval, or even for selected individual journeys. In addition, the routes travelled by the vehicles can also be displayed and replayed on a map as well as being viewable on the Google Maps satellite images.

Displaying the route list and map at the same time

The system, for ensuring clarity, in addition to the detailed route list can also display a small map, making the overview of the routes easier. In addition, different events occurring on route are also displayed in the route list.

Using it abroad

The onboard unit is able to store over 10,000km of journey, therefore when tracking abroad is not required, the roaming costs do not need to be included in the calculations. The unit on return recognises the Hungarian network and uploads the journey with full details to the server. We are also able to offer you a favourable solution if tracking abroad is only required periodically.

Exporting journey forms and route lists

The system allows the saving of the selected routes in an ExcelTM (.xls) format with just a few clicks. With the ExcelTM summary all the routes of all of the vehicles can be easily saved for the time period selected (recommended for end of month archiving). The printed summary of the route list is also accepted by APEH (Hungarian Tax and Financial Control Administration).

Uploading of Partner lists, point of interests

Own premises and those of partners and customers can be uploaded to the system for ensuring even more clarity of the route list. When entering such premises it is possible to specify an area of any shapes and size (it is especially important for large premises when displaying internal movements and routes).

Monitoring inactivity

Monitoring inactivity as a function is useful in cases when within a given time interval no real change in location takes place, in spite of the driver not shutting down the vehicle. The length of the interval can be set by you, therefore only waiting over and above the pre-set interval is considered as inactive waiting. This event is also shown in the route list.

Private company switching

The system is capable in the cases of private and company cars as well as taxis to individually separate and record the passenger and idle kilometres. This function can be especially useful with company cars for simple separation of private and business routes. In the case of private journeys the system only displays the kilometres travelled and not the exact route.

Specific events

The system provides solutions for monitoring such special events as opening and closing the door for the load area, tipping (dump trucks), beginning and end of suction period (vacuum tankers), switching the lift on-off etc...

iTrack Vizsla

Clarity and practicality were main priorities when creating the system. The iTrack Vizsla is attempting to achieve the same objective. With the help of this function you only need a click to filter out and display events (driving with the door open for the load area, speeding, abnormal fuel consumption), based on pre-specified parameters and aspects, connected with the routes.

Measuring Fuel Levels

It is primarily in the case of larger lorries and machines that the role of fuel level measurement is significant. With the help of the fuel level meter the changes in the fuel level can be tracked on a graph with great precision. The fuel probe used by us is certified metrological equipment with an accuracy within 0.2% error margin, although due to other external factors (fluctuation in temperature, parking on slope), the difference between the measured and actual values can increase to 1-2%.

Measuring Storage Temperature

If you are required to provide your Clients with a certified temperature statement, this is the function you need. With the help of this function, the temperature of the load area with cooled goods is recorded during transportation. The onboard unit is capable of managing data from up to 6 thermometers; therefore the changes in temperature of a storage area with split compartments can also be monitored.

Other, special requirements, measurements

• measuring tank pressure in vehicles for cement transport (specific indication of cement emptying)

• measuring engine speed (machinery)

• measuring hydraulic pressure

A condition for the operation of the iTrack system is to have an onboard unit installed into the vehicle. This onboard unit operates with the most up-to-date GPRS on-line communication technology continuously collecting data and forwarding them to the server computer.

The units are produced by automatic machinery in a plant with ISO certification for ensuring reliability and uniform quality.

The onboard unit is small with low energy consumption and several digital and analogue inputs, to which special peripheries can also be connected to as required (alarms, door opening sensors, fuel probes, thermometers etc.)

The onboard unit is capable of transmitting signals, alarms to the central computer in case of various events. These units are connected to the computer centre of the iTrack2 system and collect the data 24/7.

The data collected by the onboard unit, such as the position, routes, speed of the vehicle and other data, can be accessed via the internet with the help of the client program.

The client program following the purchase of the onboard unit can be downloaded free of charge from our website. The system can be installed on several computers. One of the important characteristics of the system is that it is Java based, thus is automatically refreshed if some sort of change or system update is detected, ensuring that you always work with the latest version.
